1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using HeadlessHunter ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.

2. Description of Service

HeadlessHunter provides AI-driven lead generation tooling and software designed to assist agencies and service businesses in identifying potential sales opportunities based on public internet data. The data provided is aggregated from publicly available sources.

3. Subscriptions and Payments

Some parts of the Service are billed on a subscription basis. You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis (such as monthly or annually), depending on the type of subscription plan you select when purchasing a Subscription.

Unless you cancel, your subscription will automatically renew under the exact same conditions. You may cancel your subscription renewal either through your online account management page or by contacting HeadlessHunter customer support team.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any national or international law or regulation.
• Send unsolicited spam, bulk emails, or harass the individuals identified by the Service.
• Resell, distribute, or sublicense the lead data directly to third parties without prior authorization.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or hack the AI models and systems powering HeadlessHunter.

5. Account Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms of Service. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

6. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
